This is without doubt one of the finest

hotels in Andalucia, and the choice for

Andalucian style, with terracotta tiles

La Quinta Golf comprises three loops of

nine holes designed by Manuel Pinero,

a member of Europe’s 1985 Ryder Cup

winning team. The three loops wrap

around the luxury Melia resort with

dramatic effect, presenting some

incredible views of the coastline.

San Pedro is the original course and

forms the backbone of the toughest

course combination. The Ronda course

will test the precision of every golfer

with undulating fairways and fast,

difficult greens while the Guadaiza

Course is set against the backdrop of

the awe-inspiring Sierra Blanca

mountain range.

The 178 rooms and suites that make up

the accommodation at Guadalmina are

spread across three separate buildings

within this outstanding resort. All units

have a spacious private terrace, where

guests can sit back and unwind whilst

enjoying the views the Med.

The bedrooms have been sympatheti-

The South Course at Guadalmina is the

second oldest in the Marbella area, and

The South is a challenging layout, but

the good selection of tees makes it

playable for all.

Guadalmina’s North Course is not as

challenging as the South, and is a great

resort course for the average player.

The most notable feature is the

Guadalmina River, which winds its way

through the course, creating a few

moments of unrivalled golfing drama.
